The facility and equipment is clean and taken care of, the programming will get you in the best shape of your life (no matter your fitness level or ability), but most importantly the coaching staff is superb. Despite being in a group class, you truly get individualized and personal feedback and direction. They are knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and will bring a strength out of you that you might not even know you had.
